We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly practice situated in the beautiful Chalke Valley and Cranborne Chase AONB. We are dedicated to the future of rural General Practice and recognise that work-life balance is vital for this. As a small practice we can respond quickly and nimbly to practice and staff needs, supporting you to be available for sports days, parents’ evenings, or any of those unexpected events that life throws as us!
The job:
- · Flexible start/finish times
- · 15 minute appointments
- · Low demand for visits
- · No nursing home cover
- · Opportunities to pursue specialist interests and further training
The surgery:
- · High-earning dispensing practice committed to providing high quality patient-centred care, ranking in the top 10% of practices in England (GP Patient Survey 2021)
- · Low staff turnover and excellent wider working relationships with the Sarum West PCN
- · Supported by our 3 practice nurses, who also specialise in respiratory, dementia and cancer care
- · Allied roles include physiotherapist, Elderly Care Facilitator, social prescriber, and pharmacist
- · Excellent administrative and secretarial teams
- · Rated Good by CQC
- · We use System One (TPP) and Arden’s templates and will offer training if needed.
