THE JOB

We are looking for a salaried GP who embraces change, is enthusiastic about General Practice, and puts patients at the heart of everything!
We are very flexible on start times and can accommodate most things, we are happy to work around school runs and family commitments, and our ethos is to ensure our workforce has the best work-life harmony.
You will be working at a family-feel practice which meets the needs of 8,000 patients. Our GP team is supported by ANPs, minor illness nurses, practice nurses, an older adult's nurse, and highly skilled and approachable managerial and administrative teams with additional support from PCN staff.
Our New Coningsby Practice is a neighbourly village 5 minutes from Tattershall’s beautiful castle and country park, conveniently close to Boston and only 40 minutes away from the North Sea coast. Coningsby is an RAF village, very much a tight community giving back to people, continually hosting events, and putting families first.
OUR OFFER
- 2-9 sessions per week
- Capped workload – 27 appointments per day
- Development of Special Interests Encouraged

- Starting from £10.720 per session
- NHS Pension scheme (20.6% contributions)
- 6 weeks of annual leave plus 10 bank holidays + a week study leave (pro-rata)
- BMA Model contract includes funded CPD time
