Job Overview Modality Partnership is looking for an experienced Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our award-winning team! Main duties of the job The role is an all-rounded, hands-on technical role; the postholder will need to be confident they can utilise their broad skillset to bring about great automation solutions, using their great problem solving and analytical skills, effective communication, ability to work in an agile environment and their ability to manage and prioritise the implementation of automation projects across the wider organisation. Typical day-to-day duties would include, amongst others: • Scoping existing processes for automation and engaging key stakeholders to collect requirements. • Well engaged in all aspects of the automation development lifecycle. • Producing robust documentation, whether for operational needs, reporting or presentation. • Working well with other team members to bring about timely delivery of automation projects. The role requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed. Person Specification: What are the minimum requirements all candidates need to meet? Qualifications and Experience: We require high performing team members to join our team with: • Educated to degree level, preferably STEM related subjects. • Relevant software engineering or automation training. • Proven experience of using automation software to deliver automation solutions. • Experience of using Blue Prism automation software. • Knowledge of additional technologies, which lend themselves well to automation (D) Knowledge: • Educated to degree level. • Relevant software engineering, or automation training. • Proven experience of using automation software to deliver automation solutions • Six Sigma qualified (D) • Experience of using automation software such as Blue Prism (D) • Knowledge of additional technologies, which lend themselves well to automation (D) • ITIL certified (D) Skills: • Great analytical and problem-solving skills. • Great organisation skills, excellent time management. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
