PCN Digital & Transformation Lead – Ashford Medical Partnership

Ashford Medical Partnership (AMP), which is both a GP Practice and single PCN is looking to recruit a Digital & Transformation Lead to support with their digital transformation agenda.
The successful candidate will understand the NHS digital landscape and assist AMP with the delivery of transformational projects that improve patient access and clinical services and ultimately develop employee professionalism.
The Digital & Transformation Lead will work closely with the PCN Clinical Director, General Manager, PCN Manager and other PCN roles as well as staff within the broader GP practice. We are a three site operation in Ashford. Kent. You may be required to work across the sites, but you will be based at one of them.
