Job Overview Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a brand new role; a National Lifestyles Administrator. The role will be home-based and will be required to travel to practices nationally on occasion. The National Lifestyles Administrator will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery and successful implementation of the Lifestyles Service across multiple sectors: private, corporate and NHS. A key focus of this role will be to provide customer service and administration support to service-users and the wider National Lifestyles Team to ensure successful implementation and continued expansion of the service. Main duties of the job The role is an all-rounded, patient and service-user facing and back office administrative role; we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team who are caring, compassionate and confident, who demonstrate effective communication, excellent customer service skills, IT skills, and the ability to deal with enquiries about the service in a timely manner. The postholder will be a key member of the team and will work in collaboration with the National Lifestyles Clinical Director and Director of Integration to ensure the smooth running of the service. The post-holder will be the main point of contact for service-users: assisting with queries about the service, service registration and on-boarding, appointment booking, as well as performing a number of administrative duties. The job requires innovation, flexibility and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the team to ensure tasks are completed. Qualifications and Experience: We require high performing team members to join our team with: Knowledge: • Knowledge of a full range of administrative and organisational procedures, acquired through training and relevant experience • Knowledge of administration processes Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook • Experience in using clinical systems i.e. EMIS / S1 • Diary Management • Stakeholder management • Proficient in electronic filing systems Personal Qualities • Professional approach to work • Comfortable using judgement to take decisions on own initiative • Self-starter, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with the ability to prioritise own workload and multi-task. • Courteous and effective when dealing with people. • Ability to exchange information in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
