We are looking for an enthusiastic dynamic Assistant Practice Manager to join our friendly, forward thinking, hard working Practice situated in Dover.
Our Practice has a list size of 11,000 covering 3 sites, 2 situated in Dover Town and the third, a Dispensing Surgery, situated in the rural village of St Margaret's Bay.
The Assistant Practice Manager will support the Practice Manager in all aspects of Practice functionality. Optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the Practice achieves it's long-term objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
The Assistant Practice Manager will focus on the day-to-day operability of the Practice championing collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and promoting a positive working environment.

- Docman
- Accurx
Our Practice is rated 'Good' by CQC
We have a high QOF achievement.
