Are you a friendly and progressive GP, seeking a locum position for
6-8 sessions per week for up to 12 months?
(Preferred days but negotiable are
Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

We are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking GP to join us
- We are a 5 partner practice with 5 salaried GPs, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and a nursing/support
team with list of c.11,500 patients serving Wigston, a suburb 4 miles south of Leicester
- We are located in fantastic purpose built premises (opened Sept 2014) which we share
harmoniously with one other practice
- We are a high QoF achieving practice, our clinical system is SystmOne, and we achieved
GOOD rating in all areas at CQC inspection in April 2015
- We are a teaching practice with up to 5 Registrar GPs at any time, we participate in teaching
medical students from Leicester Medical School
- The role would be an exciting opportunity for a varied mix of providing general practice in a
modern and friendly practice
- We encourage candidates with a special interest or wishing to train in a special interest
We offer an attractive salary package including 6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leave to the
successful candidate including payment of MDU subscriptions
