Salary £50,000- £55,000 FTE based on 37.5 hours
Are you an experienced Business manager with NHS or Primary care management experience looking for a new opportunity and flexible part time hours?
We are a friendly practice, focussed on nurturing team members to deliver excellent patient care looking for a new Business Manager to lead and support the team including the Assistant Practice manager and Operations Manager.
We are looking for a highly accomplished, motivated, productive, and proactive individual with a demonstrable career in business and people management and leadership, patient services, IT, finance, premises, and strategic management. The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice including regulation compliance and oversight of patient feedback. A high degree of personal organisational skill is required as well as excellent communication.
Working alongside the Partners and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will be responsible for the Business and strategic management of the practice. You will also have the vision, willingness, and drive to adapt and lead the practice in the new ways of working of Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care systems.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
