Modality Partnership has a full-time vacancy for a Business Secretariat. The postholder will be the point of contact for corporate matters; responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective and professional administrative services to the CEO, Group Clinical Chair and the wider National Business Support Team. Main duties of the job The role is an all-rounded, hands-on administrative role; the post holder will need to confidently evidence and utilise key skills such as effective communication, time management, diary management, good IT skills and the ability to prioritise the workload in accordance to the day to day demands. The postholder will provide corporate administrative services working alongside the CEO; dealing with corporate matters, internal and external stakeholders, maintaining key business records etc. The role is not a regular 9am-5pm job; every day is a different day. The postholder will be required to work flexibly in line with the business needs. The job requires innovation, flexibility, and commitment and the postholder will be required to work resourcefully as part of the National Central Business Support Team, as a key team member. Person Specification Qualifications and Experience: We require a high performing team member to join our team with: Knowledge • Business and management knowledge acquired through training and relevant experience to degree level or equivalent • Knowledge of a full range of administrative and organisational procedures, acquired through training and relevant experience • Knowledge of corporate administration processes Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook • Diary Management • Stakeholder management • Proficient in electronic filing systems Personal Qualities: • Professional approach to work • Comfortable using judgement to take decisions on own initiative • Self-starter, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative with the ability to prioritise own workload and multi-task. • Courteous and effective when dealing with people. • Ability to exchange information in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
