Valleys Medical Group is a stable multi-site Group Practice based in Cwm Taff Health board - who is looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking GP with patient care at the top of their priorities. We use the Vision Clinical System alongside Docman workflow management and paper light system.
We are offering between 4 and 8 sessions to the right person to join the team. We can offer 1 remote / telephone triage session per week if this suits.
We are Cluster Leads currently for the Rhondda Cluster and are innovative and expanding continuously. We have a varied multi-disciplinary team including ANPs, Advanced Paramedics, Nurses with IP and Minor Illness training, Pharmacists, Practice Nurses and HCAs. We currently have 5 GP Partners and 3 part time salaried GP's. We offer a wide range of enhanced services and offer the Rhondda a network minor surgery service. We are part of the newly formed innovative Urgent Primary Care Centre based in YCR.
We have 2 sites in the Rhondda and 2 sites in the Merthyr area, so this provides diversity for clinical staff, however we would be looking for at this stage, a doctor to cover the 2 sites in the Rhondda (Ton Pentre and Llwynypia Surgeries).
Good remuneration package 1 weeks study leave on top of BMA model contract, salary of 10.5 - 12 K per session (negotiable depending on experience) plus indemnity and employee perks package, salary sacrifice NHS car lease scheme available.
