Attleborough Surgeries is excited to be advertising for a GP Partner, to join our existing Partnership, which consists of 6 Partners and 4 Salaried GPs.

GP Partner Position. We are a cohesive team of 6 Partners, who have been with the Practice for between 5 and 20 years. We consistently deliver outstanding performance against national and local contracts and have excellent relationships with our PCN colleagues as we work to deliver the National DES requirements. We are a high earning Practice and are committed to keeping a strong and resilient Partnership. We are looking for someone with drive, motivation and a commitment to great patient care and robust business performance.
- We run a large semi-rural dispensing practice looking after the friendly community around Attleborough.
- Our dynamic clinical staff provide excellent medical care with help from a very supportive reception and back office team.
- Our nurse practitioners, nurses and ECP provide most of our cover for chronic disease management, same day appointments, care home support and home visits.
- Our Partners have a wide range of clinical interests and offer great clinical support for newly qualified GPs entering the profession; We have an open door policy and meet regularly and informally for coffee as well as our more formal governance meetings and weekly Partner meeting.
- As a large Practice we can provide opportunities for our Partners and salaried GPs to pursue areas of special interests, that will benefit our registered patients and business.
- We currently provide undergraduate teaching for years one and two UEA medical students and are keen to start GP Registrar training.
- We are open to new ideas and our existing Partners are involved in some extended areas of service, including CCG Board membership, GP schools medical services and two of our Partners have a specialist interest in urology and dermatology.
- The Practice operates from 2 purpose built sites in Attleborough and are working with our local Commissioners regarding future expansion of our buildings.
- We are based just off the A11, only 15 minutes south of Norwich. The beautiful surrounding area has all the advantages of rural Norfolk with affordable housing and outstanding schools.
