The Role
You will undertake face to face and telephone consultations with patients who present with a wide range of illness, both acute and chronic.
You will provide high quality care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medication where appropriate and evaluation of care.
You will have the full support of the Clinical team who communicate on teams channels, in person and meet regularly to discuss cases and learning.

We have9800 patients and expanding, modern single site surgery, Accredited Training Practice
We have 2 GP Partners, 3 GP’s, 2 ANP’s, 3 Clinical Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistant Practitioner, and a Primary Care Network team consisting of a Paramedic, 2 Pharmacists, 2 Pharmacy Technicians, Physiotherapist, Care coordinator and a Mental Health Nurse, who all work alongside our excellent Management, Reception, Medicine and Admin Team.
We use EMIS, Accurx and Docman software

We have a strong governance framework with regular programmed Complex Case, Significant Events, Complaints and CQC meetings.
