Nurse Practitioner
Caskgate Street Surgery are looking to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, friendly primary health care team. The successful candidate will have a Nurse Practitioner qualification and be an independent prescriber. An ability to manage acute general practice consultations is essential and, preferably, with telephone triage experience.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player who can demonstrate high standards of clinical excellence.
The successful candidate will provide care for the patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment, to the evaluation of care, both in the surgery and sometimes in the patient’s own home environment. You will demonstrate safe clinical decision making and expert care working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.
Informal practice visits are encouraged.
Salary negotiable depending on experience; full time preferred but part time/job share considered.
