Join an innovative 3 Partner Dorset Practice

Set on the edge of the magnificent New Forest & beside the seaside!

We are a forward thinking practice full of ideas and we are happy to nurture newly qualified GPs and/or promote ongoing professional support to experienced GPs. We are a merged Practice comprising 3 long established surgeries set in Christchurch and two semi-rural villages but also in easy reach of Bournemouth and Southampton for sun, sea, entertainment, amenities and dynamic nightlife.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to help drive our Practice forward. There is the potential for partnership, flexible working, and we are open to suggestions and opportunities to accommodate varied career requirements. We are a Training Practice and regularly have GP Registrars placed with us. Supported by an experienced, highly skilled, multi-disciplinary clinical team, including: -

  • Salaried GP colleagues
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Practice Nurses
  • HCA’s
  • Vulnerable Elderly team
  • Community teams
  • Pharmacists

This is complemented by a friendly, innovative administration team which incorporate a Correspondence Management Team and Prescribing Team.

We are actively developing our team to explore and further embrace new ways of working with the aspiration to relieve the pressure on our GPs whilst keeping our ethos of providing a supportive and caring working environment for our staff and patients.
