6-8 sessions, Monday, Thursday and Friday essential

We are looking for a GP to join our friendly village practice. Nestled between Ilkley Moor and the River Wharfe, Grange Park Surgery is a 4 partner, 6900 patient practice, providing holistic care to the local community. We aim to provide continuity of care to our patients. It is an exciting time to join our surgery as the village is expanding and we are planning to expand our surgery to meet increasing need.
We are a GP registrar and medical student training practice and provide GPwSI clinics in dermatology and MSK. We have a GP retainer. We have two advanced nurse practitioners, a pharmacy technician and two pharmacists, a talking therapy team, a social prescriber and mental health support worker as part of the team. We strive to offer personalised care to all our patients whilst embracing telephone, digital consultations and econsult.
We have firm connections with our Primary Care Network; Wharfe, Aire, Craven Alliance (WACA). We are represented on our CCG and have a leading role in the local Wharfedale and Silsden Community Partnership.
