As our customer base continues to grow we are currently on the lookout for a Support Assistant to join us.

 

Brief description of duties:

  • Responding to support request via our in-house CRM, chat and telephone.
  • Maintaining our bespoke database.
  • Investigating and resolving support tickets.
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Top class writing and communication skills
  • A good telephone manner
  • A love of teamwork and problem solving
  • A genuine desire to help and interact with our users
  • Creative thinking, always looking to develop your skills

Previous experience in a customer services environment is a bonus, but not essential.

This is a full time (Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day) position, but with flexible working hours. We are all currently working remotely but hope to move back to our office in Landford, in the New Forest, later this year. Once we are back in our office, you will still be able to work remotely a few days a week if you wish.
