General Practitioner Vacancy – Partner Part Time or Full Time – Boughton Surgery

Due to retirement and planned expansion of Boughton Surgery, we are looking to add to our GP team in our rural, dispensing practice with a history going back over 2 centuries.
High patient satisfaction, high QOF achievement & high earnings. Good work/life balance. Very low visit rate less than 1 per week. The following services available within our Primary Care Network Paramedic, Mental Health Practitioner, Nursing Associate, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist, Social Prescribers and OT. Supportive, integrated community nursing team. To commence as training practice in 2022.
Daily triage with minimal online Footfall traffic – no duty doctor. Personal lists with continuity of care. Flexible appointment times/lengths approximately 30 appointments daily. Video or telephone consulting whilst offering face to face consultations where needed.
Ideally a 4 or 8 session partner but happy to consider part time/job share. In addition this vacancy attracts the new to Partnership Payment Scheme of £20,000 for a Full time or pro rata for part time.
