OPERATIONS MANAGER

Hours negotiable up to 37.5 hours per week
Salary negotiable depending upon experience
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, enthusiastic and highly motivated manager to join this friendly
and very well respected medical practice.
Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership, have a sound knowledge of operational management and the organisational skills and ability to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines.
General Practice or other NHS experience an advantage
Demonstrable management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.
Reporting to the Practice Manager and working closely with the Assistant Practice Manager, the successful candidate will be supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, with the responsibility for the delivery of front-line patient services, HR, finance, administration and CQC compliance.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
