EXCITING GP CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN SUSSEX PRACTICE
The Village Surgery needs GPs to enhance and expand the clinical team in our growing Practice, with future Partnership potential.
The Practice is located in the village of Southwater, a few miles from Horsham, which is a thriving market town with excellent local facilities including highly rated primary and secondary schools and easy transport links to London and the South coast. We work from a purpose built surgery in the village, with ample parking.
We are seeking experienced or newly qualified GPs who enjoy team working, and are enthusiastic and driven towards success. We are strongly committed to a good work life balance.
The Village Surgery is a Training Practice and welcomes applicants who enjoy teaching and supervision or who are interested in developing this.
We offer negotiable sessions at a competitive sessional rate including medical indemnity.
The Village Surgery is a multidisciplinary team comprising of GP partners and salaried doctors, nurses and HCA’s, a pharmacy team and paramedic practitioners. We have an open and supportive culture with a daily mid-morning huddle. We use SystmOne with workflow optimisation procedures to reduce GP administration along with AccuRx and eConsult active sign posting. We are a low visiting Practice. The Practice consistently achieves highly in QOF and is CQC rated “good”.
We are active members of the Horsham Collaborative PCN, and have worked together on projects, including successful delivery of the COVID vaccine.
