We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Primary Care Nurse who holds significant experience in leading nursing teams, including managing long-term condition reviews, to work from our central office in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
This Lead Primary Care Nurse position is a new role, identified during the rapid growth of the company and will require you to carry out a variety of duties including;
- Overseeing nursing rota’s
- Monitoring of long-term health conditions
- Optimising nursing claims
As our Lead Primary Care Nurse, you will be required to provide managerial oversight and carry out your duties across 7 GP Practices whilst working in conjunction with our Management Team so must hold the relevant experience and skills in order to strive in this role.

- We can offer our new Lead Primary Care Nurse a generous salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)
