The newly opened Clinic@78, in Westbourne, Bournemouth is looking for a dynamic charismatic Operations Manager to be responsible for the day today running of the clinic, working closely alongside the Clinic Services Manager, reporting to the Directors. The clinic@78 has a multi-disciplinary team of experts covering a vast range of conditions and medical and lifestyle fields. The clinic offers a comprehensive range of health services including; specialist consultations, diagnostic procedures and investigations including ultrasounds, pregnancy scans, as well as general health checks, screenings and a range of minimally-invasive treatments and minor surgeries.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, be an excellent communicator, be extremely well organised with an eye for detail, naturally enthusiastic and positive. Experience of the CQC, health and safety, governance and compliance within a healthcare setting is essential. The Clinic@78 and its team put the needs of the patients first making it an enjoyable and seamless experience for them. As the Operations manager you must embrace this ethos and encourage it throughout.
Hours: 25-30 per week
Salary range: 30k to 40k pro rata - depending on experience
This posts includes some evening work and Saturday day shifts.
