Advanced Nurse Practitioner position available
An opportunity has arisen due to retirement to join the Brunel team for 4-6 sessions
? The applicant would receive a detailed induction (especially if out of area) and then ongoing regular mentoring with a GP partner
? They would join an existing and very supportive team of 2 Paramedics, 2 nurse practitioners, and 2 Senior Pharmacists as well as 9 Gps and a large Practice nurse team.
? Potential for consideration for Prescribing course support.
Brunel Medical Practice serves a growing list size of 16,300 patients in the popular coastal town of Torquay which has great schools and transport links.

Finding the right person to complement our happy team is paramount and we would consider 4-6 sessions dependent on the individual and we would be happy to discuss other flexible working patterns or portfolio careers.

? CQC rated GOOD
? EMIS, Lexicom , Accurx and Docman 10 all used efficiently with maximum effect directed by our Practice Manager who is also an EMIS and SystemOnechampion.
? Home visits are covered by our two Special Paramedics and also an Independant Care Home visiting service
? We have a reception team trained in health navigation with a dedicated manager, ensuring patients are efficiently directed to the right member of the clinical team.
? The appointment system is a flexible hybrid system (telephone /econsult and selected face to face) ensuring all members of the clinical team can work to their preferred style and ensure they can choose how and when they see patients and the appointment length.
