Community Care Collaborative (CCC) is a three practice, friendly and innovative Community Interest Company based in Wrexham, North Wales with circa 17,000 valued patients.
CCC was established as a joint venture with Capacity in 2018 and secured a contract later that year to deliver General Medical Services from three previously Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board managed practices – Hillcrest Surgery, Forge Road Surgery and Borras Park Surgery. In 2019 and early 2020, CCC took over the management and operation of those practices.
CCC is undergoing an exciting phase of transformation as we merge three practices into one inventive and efficient organisation with the singular commitment of eliminating health inequalities in underserved communities through multi-disciplinary, whole-person care.
We are recruiting several accountable, dynamic leaders to drive CCC forward at this time of significant change.
The Practice Business Manager will be supported by the Senior Leadership Team at Capacity, three Practice Managers and a resilient team of experienced clinicians and administrators.
- You will be highly motivated, personable and proactive senior manager with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability in business planning and strategy, financial management, health and safety and risk management, human resources and recruitment as well as IT skills and knowledge of both clinical and non-clinical systems (e.g EMIS and Microsoft).
- You will have the vision, enthusiasm and commitment to implement and drive forward service and system changes.
- You will be a “people person” with the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.
- Crucially, the successful candidate must share CCC’s commitment to providing excellent care to our patients.
This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary ranging from £35,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience. 27 days annual leave, matched up to 33 excluding Bank Holidays.
