GP - Intermediate Ward Cover - Cambridge - Ely - Peterborough - Wisbech
CPFT is seeking experienced GPs to help provide enhanced day to day medical cover on the intermediate care units in Wisbech, Peterborough, Ely and Cambridge as part of its enhanced response to Covid over the months ahead.
Cover is needed for 8am-8pm seven days a week. Flexible working is supported. Rates are competitive and will reflect the demands of the role. Each site already enjoys 2-4 hours of dedicated GP time each weekday and has a level of Consultant Geriatrician input. You will be supported by your practice (federation in Peterborough).
Every patient moved into the unit frees spaces in our acute hospitals to manage the sickest patients. This is an opportunity to do something different; and play your part in the fight against Covid where you will undoubtedly contribute to saving lives.
