Situated in the beautiful Cornish seaside town of Looe, serving 9,500+ patients, Old Bridge Surgery are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and motivated individual to join our management team.
Working alongside the Business Strategy Manager, the Finance & Project Manager will be responsible for financial management (accounts, planning, forecasting, payroll), estates and facilities management, as well as evaluating and implementing new business products / opportunities .

As a success ful candidate, you will be a team player who is able to implement and manage change effectively and ,ideally, have the following skills and qualifications:
- A relevant qualification (or experience) in Business or Finance Management
- Experience of leadership and financial management, ideally within a healthcare setting
- Ability to deliver a vision and a willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and business planning, whilst keeping abreast of legislative and contractual changes
- A flexible, positive, self-motivated and forward thinking approach
- Excellent organisation, management and planning skills, IT skills and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, strong numeracy and ability to work independently.
The role is offered for 30 hours per week with opportunities for flexible working.
