This two hour course offers delegates the opportunity to revise the ABCDE approach to the deteriorating patient the delivery of adult and paediatric basic life support and use of automated defibrillators. This course aims to increase knowledge and understanding of sessional GPs in managing and participating in emergency situations in the surgery. The certificate issued will cover mandatory basic life support training requirements and will be valid for one year.

This course is free to RCGP members however a £5 fee will be charged for non-attendance.  You will need to provide your RCGP membership number on the Registration page; if you don't provide it we will contact you to take payment for the amount outstanding.

If you are a WGPET member, you are entitled a £20 fee reduction if you are a non member of the RCGP.
