We are pleased to invite you to Surrey and Sussex LMCs’ Tenth Annual Conference. Our speakers have been selected to explore with you the many themes that are relevant to General Practice in 2015.
The cost is £70.00 per person or £65.00 per person for two or more from the same practice. We anticipate that places will fill quickly this year due to the calibre of the speakers and I would encourage you to reserve your place as soon as possible. A delegate pack will be available on the day.
Registration will commence at 8.45am, with Coffee & Tea available.
