FourteenFish is now part of EMIS Group and we are really excited about this change. Over the last few years we have become known for an easy to use, modern, Appraisal Toolkit and Trainee Portfolio for GPs. We plan to build further on this by reaching more doctors and health professionals with our appraisal system and have our trainee portfolio used by other specialities and training schemes. We want to increase our education offering, expanding on the content we already have and further develop our remote consultation tool for educational purposes.
Working with EMIS will help us to achieve this but also much more. Both EMIS and FourteenFish were founded by doctors for doctors and we are both driven to improve value and provide tools and systems to improve the working lives of those caring for patients. EMIS is perhaps best known for providing market leading clinical software to healthcare organisations across every major UK health sector – from GP surgeries to community pharmacies to acute care. EMIS is also supporting some ground breaking work in data analytics, most recently helping research organisations review and query covid-19 data in a fast, efficient and intuitive way.
FourteenFish will be ten years old this year. I am just as excited for the next ten years as the first and I am privileged to be continuing to lead FourteenFish.
