Do I need to use your Appraisal Toolkit to use the Library?
No. You can subscribe the Library regardless of which system you use to do your appraisal. The only difference is Appraisal Toolkit users get a 25% discount.
You can still record your CPD and reflection in the Learning Diary, and then just export a PDF file of your learning to attach to your appraisal.
