FFARMS
The FourteenFish Appraisal and Revalidation Management System (FFARMS) puts trusts and appraisal services in complete control, and enables you to manage all aspects of the appraisal process.
The system is fully integrated with GMC Connect to allow the the easy submission of the relevant documentation and PCIS list synchronisation. Revalidation recommendations can be made without having to leave the system.
Time-saving automation
NHS England quality assurance feedback, with AOA and PDR reports available at the click of a button.
Automatic emails and reminders can all be added and customised, with different wording for different user groups. Our system puts you in full control of this via powerful admin tools.

Data transfer
We provide an included switching service to help both individuals and organisations to switch from other appraisal systems or in-house solutions to FourteenFish.
We have vast experience of transferring historical appraisals and feedback data, regardless of how this is currently stored. This information can just be transferred to the Appraisal && Revalidation Management System or also made available to the users via the Appraisal Toolkit.
