About the Practice:
We are a well-established and patient-focused GP practice located in Watton, Norfolk. Our dedicated team of clinicians and staff work in a supportive and friendly environment, striving to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. We provide a variety of services to our patients including, but not limited to, LARC and minor surgery clinics, STI services and inclusion health outreach clinics. If you have a passion about a certain area of medicine and health, please let us know. We are looking for a committed and compassionate Salaried GP to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including consultations, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Participate in the delivery of preventative healthcare services.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure the delivery of effective and coordinated care.
- Prescribe medication as necessary and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with practice policies.
- Support the development of healthcare programs and patient education.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to the improvement of practice processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
- Experience in primary care.
- A passion for patient care and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with SystmOne (desirable but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
